The NFB is Coming!

The National Film Board (NFB) will present a workshop on Tuesday on Video Accessibility. On Tuesday Evening, the NFB will host a movie night. Four NFB films will be shown along with a discussion on the process to caption or provide video descriptions. Movies include Acting Blind and My Village in Nunavik.  Visit the movie listing.

Conference and workshop registrations are open. Workshops have limited seating; register early to ensure your spot.

The 2012 Program is in Progress

Thanks for all the presentation proposals received for the upcoming Accessibility Conference. Proposals are being reviewed and the list of sessions will be confirmed shortly. Some topics include:

  • Engaging the Digital Student
  • Best Practices for Building Accessible Sites Using Drupal
  • Disability Disclosure within the Educational Context

Plan Ahead: Workshops will be held on Monday, May 28, 2012 (not on Thursday as in previous years) Details to follow.
